Hi Charles: Thank you for asking. The fees for staging a property are contingent on what needs to be done. If the job can be done by simply removing/moving/reusing existing items, there would be an hourly fee only.

If the restaging project requires more work or outside labor and materials, then the cost of the job would be proposed at a cost plus percentage basis.

Hi Connie -- Hope you get this message. Glad to have been in touch with you yesterday on phone. I would be interested in working on a project with you. I custom-fabricate drapery, top treatments, board mounted valances, rod pocket valances, cornices swags and cascades, flat Roman shades, pillows of all kinds, bed skirts, tailored, gathered, or box pleated, duvet covers, shams, tiebacks for draperies...Just about anything you can sew, I can probably make it. If you have the measurements., I can provide the yardage amount you would need for the face fabric. I also provide the lining and interlining, included in my job price. If you give me the measurements and the profile for the job - and the selected decorative fabric., I can fabricate it and deliver it to you for the customer. Please let me know if you would be interested in using me as another source for your company to fabricate soft goods. Thank you. My phone #(985) 381-9069 My e-mail address is: ymwalker@hotmail.com
